NCIS Spinoff Casting News

Legendary rapper LL Cool J and Chris O’Donnell (who you may remember as Robin from some of the laughably bad Batman films of the 90s) are reportedly very close to joining the cast of the new NCIS spinoff.

The NCIS producers have kept the casting specifics very close to the vest.  As I just wrote, LL and O’Donnell are reportedly very close to joining the cast – LL even confirmed that there was going to be an NCIS spinoff during the Grammys, but didn’t say he’d be a part of it.

I hate secrecy.

Three others have been confirmed, though.  Let’s run through them.

  • The female lead on NCIS will be played by Louise Lombard (right), who played Sofia Curtis on CSI for three seasons.  She will play Clara.
  • The Hollywood Reporter writes that Peter Cambor, from Notes From The Underbelly, will play Nate.
  • Finally, newcomer Daniela Ruah will play Kensi Lo, a young agent specializing in forensics and criminology.

As was the case with NCIS spinning off of JAG, this NCIS spinoff – which will shoot its pilot sometime in late February – will begin as an episode of NCIS.

Stay tuned for more information.

  3. I have a feeling that NCIS:LA is going to surprise us at some point. Good information, thanks.

  4. Last season on NCIS they were introducing NCIS Los Angeles and on there Special Agent Lara Macy (Louise Lombard) was on there and on the NCIS LA yesterday she was not on there. Where is she? Does anyone now? And if you do why is she not on the show anymore?

  5. Hey your site is awesome!

  6. Frasier is my favorite Tv show of all time. Now I can see reruns anytime I would like to thanks towards the World-wide-web. I Watch Missed Episodes. within the way to function, around the way home, whilst eating dinner and even when working. My loved ones thinks I am crazy and actually wants me to see an individual. They believe I am addicted towards the World wide web and particularly this show. I do not think it is that very much of a dilemma, but my wife certainly does. She got so mad the other night she threw one thing at my laptop. Maybe I do want help as I do not prefer to lose my wife and kids. Tonight I’m likely to ask her to make an appointment with a person for the two of us.
